Warrington Wolves 2007-

The Warrington Wolves web site went live in February 2007. The new site has a full ticketing system with home and away match tickets and season tickets. The season ticket sales system has been adapted to decrease the price of each season ticket by 1/13th for every home game played. The site also includes a lot of video and audio stories and more.

The data for the online merchandise is uploaded automatically from the club's onsite EPOS (electronic point of sale system) and the site automatically generates delivery notes as well as sending the purchaser a confirmation email.

The CRM system behind the site contains the details of every one of the club's season tickets holders and the club are using the CRM to track calls and contacts and so the web site has become an integral management tool for the club. Each season ticket holder was sent a plastic membership card and ask to confirm their details by logging on with their membership card number on the web site. This ensures that the club's data is up to date and de-duplicated, plus it means that the club can now communicate with a far greater proportion of their supporter base via email thereby saving a great deal on postage.
